The stock baffle clamp DOES NOT fit around this pipe. You'll need to cut almost a half an inch off the bottom and top fins to make it fit. It's not even close to being the right size.
Once you get it on, it's going to fall out when you hit a bump. This happened to me while riding - it slipped straight out with the nut still in the engine - it caused a crash and some angry cars behind me who got a hunk of hot metal in their grill.
Don't buy it. If you're trying to replace a broken stock exhaust, try to fix up the one you have because none of these "stock" replacements are right.
