Original Tomos intake manifold for A35 cylinders with reed valves. This intake is better for more mild set ups given its 12mm diameter, though 13mm and 14mm Dellorto SHA carburetors will fit this rather nicely. There is an M6 threaded opening on the side or base of this intake for oil injection, but this can be deleted with an M6X10 bolt.

I ordered this from for few months ago  the part were topend slides in to bottom end is cracked had to order part from someone else.
