Hands down the best variator out there for the french bikes. The ER3 is super easy to tune because the weights are on the outside. This makes it so that you don't have to tear your whole setup apart to retune. This variator is also very, very lightweight, and strong.
This is the clutch version. With this variator you can idle and be pretty much a normal mopeder. Starting with this variator is a little trickier though. It is originally for a kickstart Euro version of your bike. So to start this, you need to wedge a piece of cardboard between the ramp and cheek plate, or just get a kickstart.Slightly less convenient, but you get to run a great variator
