Minarelli V1 Polini, both Italian, and both fast. This kit is high quality. Dial it in, and don't worry about a thing. Not only do you get a really good speed boost, but these kits are very reliable. Sometimes referred to as the 80cc Minarelli Polini Kit.
These work with all Minarelli V1 based Mopeds. Cimatti, Testi, Fantic Motor, Yankee Peddler, Concord, and many more.
Like any performance upgrade, this kit will work better with its paired performance upgrades, like a matching carburetor and expansion chamber pipe. You will also want to modify the transfer ports in the engine cases in order to extract full performance from this item, but it will work at a reduced output as a bolt on addition.

Nikasil lined Aluminum Cylinder with a Vespa Bravo or Si Style head. Meaning more aggressive fin style for maximum cooling. That aggressive head won't fit in your Ciao frame though, so if you have a Ciao you need the 10mm, or 12mm Ciao style kit.

Puch Gilardoni 74cc Kit. The legendary big boy of big bores. This is from a fresh run of kits, so none of that NOS stuff you are used to.
This kit is best paired with a 24mm Mikuni Flatslide.
Gleaming aluminum finish, and comes with the real deal Gilardoni piston as well. Not a reworked Metrakit piston.
Everything you need and want, Gilardoni head included! Keep in mind these have the angled exhaust port. This latest run does not come with the pictured dampening rubber fin strips. Make sure you do some research before getting this kit. You will need to some case boring on your cases to make the skirt fit.

This kit is the classic big bore kit of yore. Before the Gila kit came to dominate, the Metrakit was king.
Metrakit went out of business a few years ago, and this kit was thought lost forever. We found a small stockpile of them, and are very please to share them with you.
In case you are not familiar with the kit, you will need to both bore out your engine cases to fit the massive sleeve, and weld on some material to your cases to allow perfect port matching. This kit is for the moped Wizards, or aspiring apprentices.
