If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the time of delivery of your order. All returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Any shipping and handling costs related to returned merchandise is responsibility of buyer.

No returns accepted without RMA number. If you want to return a part, please email for an RMA#, then ship your part or parts back to:

Parts not shipped to our Kalamazoo warehouse are not accepted for returns.

For returns of defective parts, a list of the issues must be included, and we will upon inspection issue a credit as refund. Items must be in unused/uninstalled/unworn condition. Complete Mopeds, motor builds, NOS, special order, or used items are not returnable so please do your research before buying.
